Refunds

Every MENU-MADE order is made for your business alone, so we don’t offer refunds once you’ve paid.

Plans

Cancel any time under Your account, then Manage your plan. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then stops. There are no partial refunds for unused time.

Staff merch

If an item arrives misprinted or damaged, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll reprint it free.
