Terms of Service

Who these terms are with

MENU-MADE provides menus, websites, apps, Google profile services and design services to businesses. By buying, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and the refunds policy.

What you get

Each service delivers what its page describes at checkout. Some work is checked and approved by us before it reaches you; store app listings also need Apple’s and Google’s approval, which we don’t control and can’t guarantee.

Your materials

You confirm you have the right to use the menus, logos, photos and text you send us, and you let us use them to make and host your service. You own your content. We may show finished work as a sample only with your permission.

Plans

Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can switch or cancel from your billing link or your account; a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal payment fails, the services on that plan pause until it is paid. Online Menu + QR hosting is included for the first year, then needs Menu Care; without it, the menu goes offline 30 days after the first year ends.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout. Every order is made for you, so payments are not refunded; see Refunds & Support for details, including free reprints of misprinted or damaged staff merch.

Accounts and apps

You’re responsible for keeping access to your email, since that is how you sign in. For store apps you keep your own Apple and Google developer accounts and their fees; removing MENU-MADE from them ends our ability to update the app.

Google and other connected accounts

You can disconnect at any time; the services that need the connection pause until you reconnect.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the services for anything illegal, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may pause a service that does.

Limits

We work to keep everything running but can’t promise it never breaks, and we’re not responsible for outages at Stripe, Cloudflare, Google, Apple or other providers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date and email active customers about important changes. Questions: info@menu-made.com, answered within one business day. These terms are governed by California law.
